Correctly folded,full-length,functional protein array
the Sengenics Immunome protein array contains more than 1600 full-length human proteins.
EVERY protein is correctly folded and functional. This ensures that both conformational and linear epitopes are recognised.Hence, results from using the Immunome array are far more likely to be biologically meaningful.
Every protein on the array is cloned in frame with the BCCP folding marker.Misfolded proteins will not become biotinylated and are washed away.
Only correctly folded proteins will become biotinylated and immobilized on the array.
Sensitive,quantitative & reproducibla
Exceptional consistency
Figure A1 shows the CV% variation of 100 replicate samples run on Immunome slides(red) and protein array "PX"(blue).
As can be observed the mean CV% for Immunome was 3.9%,and 37% for the protein array PX.
Excellent signal-to-noise ratio
Figures A2* protein array(PX) and A3*(Immunome) clearly show that the Immunome array has very low background and clearly interpretable biomarkers.

Iressa is a small molecule lung cancer drug that inhibits EGFR tyrosine kinase activity. The Immunome protein array was used to evaluate the specificity of lressa-mediated kinase
inhibition. The results below clearly show that lressa also inhibits the activity of many other kinases.
A custom Immunome array consisting of various mutated versions of the p53 oncoprotein was probed with a cy-3 labelled GADD45 duplex oligo.
Differential DNA binding activity can clearly be observed, demonstrating once again that proteins on the Immunome array platform are functionally active.
