AMRESCO’s RNA Loading Buffer with Ethidium Bromide, 2X is a premixed loading dye for the preparation of RNA samples for agarose or polyacrylamide electrophoresis. It contains formamide as a denaturing agent and RNA stabilizer, as well as bromophenol blue and xylene cyanol FF trackingdyes for monitoring of RNA migration. The ethidium bromide-containing loading buffer allows for immediate post-electrophoresis visualization of the RNA upon exposure to UV light.
